Room renovations are a must!!! Uncomfortable bathroom sizes need addressing!!! High parking fees are ridiculous!!! Soundproofing is lacking!!! General maintenance issues are concerning!!!

The view from my room was amazing, but the bathroom was tiny and outdated.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we loved the quick access to the beach. It was great to have our kids play nearby while we enjoyed some downtime. The location allowed us to easily explore Portofino, making our family trip memorable.

My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options.

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel! We loved the views from our room and the helpful staff who went out of their way, like giving us tips on local restaurants and even a ride to the square. Make sure to check out the nearby beach and grab some gelato in town!

Had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful balcony view with well-maintained white petunias hanging over the railings. And trust me, the staff were incredible, very accommodating, making the experience feel special and personal.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for the experience we got.

The service varied. while the reception staff was friendly, the dining service felt a bit unenthusiastic at times. I also encountered an issue with an erroneous charge at checkout, which took longer than expected to resolve. Overall, it had its bright spots, but for the price, I'd suggest looking for a bit more consistency in quality.
